Liquid Liner glides on smoothly and evenly with a rich glossy black finish that really makes eyes pop. It’s very easy to apply and control (like using a brush) and it holds up extremely well. For starters, the formula sets rather quickly so I don’t have to worry about my thick lines smudging unto my hooded lids. And it doesn’t budge once its set so I’m not faced with raccoon eyes after a bout of watery eyes.
