There are just so many better eyeliners out there but I do expect more from NARs which is why I'm giving it such a low rating. Firstly, it smudges, needs sharpening and I've had it break, disappear into the lid and them go completely kaput. To put it mildly, not a fan. Mambo eyeliner Eyeliner pencil comes in pencil form. This type of eyeliner is easy to smudge. And comes in many colors. And usually, pen eyeliner has a pointed felt tip and the actual product comes under the pen. It is perfect to draw straight and sharp line. Both eyeliner pen and eyeliner pencil come in two forms like waterproof or washable.
